Kool Wash, Ltd. began operations November 1, 2002, with a mission to acquire, renovate, expand, develop and operate state-of-the-art, full service, self service, automatic and express wash facilities. Significant demand exists for quality car washes among consumers in all demographics. Our unique, customer friendly identity, state-of-the-art and well maintained equipment, professional management and operating procedures set us apart from the competition.

Kool Wash Company Highlights:

Began operations November 1, 2002.

12 car washes have been acquired, renovated, expanded or developed since our inception.

Obtained a $6,000,000 line of credit from International Bank of Commerce to acquire and develop additional Kool Wash locations.

A renovation project completed by Kool Wash, Ltd. in 2003 was awarded the Southwest Car Wash Associations Rehab of the Year.

Acquired and renovated first full service car wash in 2004.

Developed second full service car wash in 2005.

The Kool Wash development, acquisition and management team includes the following key personnel:

Ricky Jenkins - Co-Manager. Responsible for all phases of development and acquisitions.

Terry Crockett - Co-Manager. Responsible for the oversight of all operations. Mr. Crockett has an extensive management background, serving in the banking industry for the past 18 years, most recently as a Market President for Frost National Bank.

Virginia Davila- Financial Reporting. Coordinates all aspects of bookkeeping, accounting, governmental and investor reporting.
