91,800 square foot multi-story warehouse building located in downtown Shreveport. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Ogilvie Hardware Building was originally built in 1926. The property will be renovated and redeveloped as a state-of-the-art, climate controlled self-storage facility.

Howard & Barronne Storage Center- New Orleans, Louisiana

90,000 square foot multi-story warehouse building located in the Lafayette Historic District of New Orleans. The property is operated as a climate controlled self-storage and records management facility.
